Honeybourne Place, Office Lettings

Original acquisition of site and subsequent advice to client. Secured the highest ever rents in Cheltenham, with one letting in excess of 40,000 sq ft. This is one of the largest overall lettings in the South West in recent times.

Cheltenham House, Lettings & Rent Reviews

Working alongside the landlord we provided advice on the refurbishment of the building in 2017, secured over 60,000 sq ft of retail/office lettings (the majority prior to PC), and now providing ongoing consultancy and securing rental uplifts via rent reviews.
