Instructed by a large regional practice to act on their behalf to carry out a rent review on a large office suite in Central Cheltenham.
Phase 1, Kingsditch Trade Park was the first new build industrial development in Cheltenham for a significant period. Lettings secured and completed on all units within 6 months of Practical Completion. Phase 2 and 3 are now under way.
Original acquisition of site and subsequent advice to client. Secured the highest ever rents in Cheltenham, with one letting in excess of 40,000 sq ft. This is one of the largest overall lettings in the South West in recent times.
Working alongside the landlord the first floor retail was repurposed to create over 40,000 sq ft of modern, open plan office accommodation. This included one of the largest ever single floor plate lettings in the South West.
Residential site acquisition on behalf of a national developer. We secured a town centre site which met our client’s specifiic requirement for retirement accommodation in Cheltenham.
Acquired building off market. Worked alongside client on the building refurbishment, secured lease renewals on all 20,000 sq ft of office accommodation and the disposal of the investment. All completed within 18 months of acquisition.
